Visa application is sole responsibility of the attendee, INVITATION LETTER may be given upon request and settlement of reservation. Moreover, the organizers are NOT liable for inability to attend the said event due to flight / hotel cancellations of the attendees. If refund is granted, refund-amount will only be based on the actual amount that the organizers received, all transaction fees/ bank charges shall will not be refunded.
